Who am I?

I am Counsellor and Hypnotherapist based in Sileby, Leicestershire I work using a multi model approach to counselling although I often find the cognitive behavioural approach to be the most useful model when working with clients. 

In my Hypnotherapy work I specialise in Weight Control, including Hypnotic Gastric Band and Group Weight Reduction Courses.
 
I hold Diplomas in Counselling accredited by the Royal College of Nursing, Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy and Advanced Weight Control.

My continuing professional development means that I am always looking to learn new skills and have recently completed a Weight Master Class which included Hypnotic Gastric Band training.

I am fully accredited member of the counselling society. I abide by the National Counselling Society’s Practitioners’ Code of Ethics.
